Bottom Feet pain
I have very bad foot pain in the bottom of my foot. I feel this pain when I walk but not too much. Even though it's a normal walk. Feelings like pressing the foot the hard surface edge, by doing this I can also feel pain in bone n muscle below leg(below knee leg). It's painful . Until I have a nap, it doesn't reduce. Can you suggest what I can do and may I know the reason for this? Any other suggestions please?

Hey there! You seem to be suffering from plantar fasciitis. In this if it's been for long time you can get pain in calf area too, that's below knee leg. I would suggest you to visit a physiotherapist in person. It would require a few visits. The pain and inflammation would be lowered with modalities and then managed with exercises. I would advice you to avoid standing for long. You can replace your footwear by wedged footwear.
Next Steps
visit a physiotherapist in person for treatment.

The condition could be Calcaneal Bursitis or Bony Spur. The reason behind it wearing the bad footwears. You need to change your footwears ,start wearing the soft cushioning shoes . Start doing the calf stretches And contrast bath to relieve the pain.
Next Steps
Contrast bath - take 2 bucket filled with water one with hot water, and the other one with cold water. Start dipping your foot in the hot water for 3 mins and then in cold water for 1 min. This is complete 1 cycle. Start with hot water and end with hot water only. Repeat this cycle for 6-7 times in one go. Take 1 tennis ball and place over there (around your painful point) and press under it for 30sec repeat it 3-4 times in 1 go. Do it twice in a day.
Health Tips
Always try to wear soft cushioning footwears.
