Swollen foot
I'm on vacation and there's sudden swelling in my foot as per my recollection didn't even injure my foot anywhere.Whaat is the possible reason for this. Pain is there at one side of foot but only when pressing at that point .

Apply ice there for 15-20 mins. Atleast 3-4 times a day It will cure your pain Do elevate your foot

Might be due to tight or uncomfortable footwear or long time sitting posture. Inactivity during travel with ur feet on the floor causes swelling.Bt if swelling is only at one foot with pain and fever then get urself properly tested

Try to elevate ur legs and do ankle toe movements. Don't sit with legs hanging down. Apply ice Hydrate urself regularly becoz dehydration can also causes foot swelling.

Kindly, use ice packs at the site of pain and use crepe bandage along with elevating your foot using a pillow or towel roll. As per your history, during vacation there might have been exertion or change of footwear which may have resulted in aggregation of symptoms.

Apply ice pack twice a day for 15mins, might be due jerk or may be you are wearing hard shoes/sandals due to which you got this swelling on foot. Consult with nearby GP or physiotherapist for proper assessment to get proper treatment, ice pack and give it a rest rest for a day to see the improvement.

Pain on the big toe, could be high uric acid...blood test and medication. Outer side of ankle commonly is a ligament injury. Uneven ground walking could sometimes irritate it. Ice it and work isometrics.
