Swelling in leg, near foot
My leg is swollen near my foot and is paining when I touch. I am not sure how it got swollen, as I didn't hit my leg against anything. Suddenly I saw yesterday evening that it is swollen. I pressed it with hot cloth last night but it hasn't reduced.

Just give rest for the part.  Don't massage or examine it repeatedly. Apply cold pack often.  You'll be fine.
