Flat foot remedy in 35 days
I have been selected for Indian Navy but on medical grounds I'm being told to cure my flat foot within 35 days. Flat foot is more in left foot as compared to right. Please help

It depends on how is your condition... If it is structural then it is difficult to cure by Physiotherapy... But if it will come only on weight bearing then physiotherapy exs will help you...
Next Steps
First see orthopedic doctor...Get X-ray done. If x ray is normal then do exs..

U need to wear medial arch support... good footwear. Good foot muscles strengthening exs ,stretchings, to b done.. visit to physiotherapist nearby..
