I am having flat foot since 2013 but I am able to run , lift weight efficiently going to gym but as it is disqualification criteria to join as Indian medical officer, as right now I'm in final year MBBS ,I want to join Army and when I stand on toe then arch form will I be able to cure this problem in a 1year please suggest some very good exercise to make it good

You should do ankle and foot strengthening exercises with proper guidance.
You should do calf muscles stretching and strengthening exercises with guidance.
You can use ankle foot orthosis.
