You don't need any therapist. You can also self improvement ..like that wait bearing exercise.. (leg raises, specially use theraband and then start against resistance exercise, maintain your gate you can also see youtube vdo for gate training and then after few week get improvement.. Thank you

Try doing lumbar twist stretch and lunging hip flexor stretch you can see these stretches on you tube. But you also need a strengthening program.
