Thigh pain and back pain
My sister suffering thigh pain from last 2 years. She not able to sleep well or not we to sit more than hour in o e place. Her age is 28 and weight is 70kg

Hi If patient is suffering from thigh pain then there is chance of soft tissue injury ,there may be probability of muscular strength  imbalance of  back and front of thigh in which thigh muscle got tight and while sleeping when leg spread then pain aggravated So proper mobility with strengthening  and physiotherapy with proper rehabilitationis necessary.

patient should do all mobility exercises and proper supervision of physiotherapist ..

Hi Please share if she is having pain in both the thighs? If she is having pain in one of the thigh Den please share the nature,pattern of pain. Does she feel any burning or tingling or its simple pain. If it's a burning sensation then it can be due to nerve compression. Upper and lower part of thigh both are involved?

Her thigh pain could be due to tight thigh muscles because of prolonged sitting or could be back problem. She should first rule out the cause for her pain.
Next Steps
She should avoid prolonged sitting or standing. She should do Quadriceps and Hamstring stretching and strengthening exercises with proper guidance.
