If patient is suffering from thigh pain then there is chance of soft tissue injury ,there may be probability of muscular strength imbalance of back and front of thigh in which thigh muscle got tight and while sleeping when leg spread then pain aggravated
So proper mobility with strengthening and physiotherapy with proper rehabilitationis necessary.
