Good morning,
I am suffering from middle back injury from 16 days. In starting 5 five days there is a pain.
After that pain started reducing.
Now after 16 days sometimes I feel little bit discomfort .
Can I resume my workout ? Or should I wait
More to heal completely. If yes for what much time should I wait .
Kindly advise me.

Hey there! You should wait for atleast 2 weeks. Before starting exercise, you should keep in mind not to continue on your own rather take trainer's help by all means.
Get a mri done of spine both views and consult me online so that I can advice you better.
