Hii, most common sources of back pain are damage to or injury of the spinal vertebrae, spinal discs, ligaments, muscles as you have chronic back pain Your hamstring muscle is tight so stretch your hamstring muscle along with some stretching to your psoas muscle , stretch it as much as you can , don’t push too much Hot water fomentation vl b good

Hello, You have this problem since 2years so now it becomes severe, so i advice first you should go to physiotherapist or orthopedecian and diagnosed the exact condition.

Hello, Your chronic back pain can be due to poor posture, excessive standing or sitting work or due to prolapse disc. Your back feels had due to joint stiffness and muscle spasm. You should get proper evaluation and investigations done to find out the cause of your pain and proceed accordingly. To reduce I will recommend some exercises but for long term pain relief you should consult a  Physiotherapist and get an exercise program. It will include exercises for pain relief, reduction of stiffness, back and core strengthening exercises.

Hello It's better to rule out the cause first because your having this problem since 2 years. Use hot water fermentation for 15 min twice a day. Apply volini or any diclofenac ointment. Do mild stretches of the low back muscles. Don't over strain.

Applying ice pack three times a day 10 min-15min not more than that.and back strengthening exercises. Also try to do online consultation with physiotherapist doctor with practo app. For better treatment results better diagnosis is important.
