I feel pain in my right leg and lower back while bending or stretching. Specifically when I bend or try to bend pain starts from lower right back to the thighs. Whenever I sit in car for more than 30 minutes after getting out of the car I feel numbness in my leg, same numbness while sitting on chair in office. I am unable to stretch towards my right leg. I don't know whether it is hamstring pull or sciatica or slip disc but I want to get over it because it keeps me very demotivated. Please help

Hello! Have you considered going for a screening exam? If your pain is localized to your back it's probably spondylosis or discal. If the pain radiating to your lower leg it's the sciatic nerve that's probably irritated.
Next Steps
Consult a physio for better assessment and protocal.
Health Tips
