Pain while bending
I feel pain in my right leg and lower back while bending or stretching. Specifically when I bend or try to bend pain starts from lower right back to the thighs. Whenever I sit in car for more than 30 minutes after getting out of the car I feel numbness in my leg, same numbness while sitting on chair in office. I am unable to stretch towards my right leg. I don't know whether it is hamstring pull or sciatica or slip disc but I want to get over it because it keeps me very demotivated. Please help
