Back pain after delivery
Hi had undergone c section 2.5 months ago . Please suggest belt for lower back pain. And give some prescribe exercises for upper back pain.

You can use Lumbar belt in day time while on work, do lower back strengthening exercises, hot compression twice a day with local diclofenac application will be helpfull to reduce pain. Maintain proper posture while feeding.

Hey there! Start walking. It should be kept in mind to try and take care of normal posture. This would enhance the coming back to normal state of your body and functions. This should be the first step towards exercising after pregnancy. Any everyday life Movements should not be avoided except for painful Movements. Do moist hot fomentation on the painful areas.

Hello, you can use lumbosacral belt for pain and support, some posture correction exercises like bridging, extensions exercises and strengthening can be started. But if you have pain you should start some modalities treatment for pain relief.

Hi you can wear lumbar belt during day time while walking n standing. Postural correction advised. Hot fomentation twice a day. Apply voilini gel twice a day. Use pillows behind back while sitting n while feeding the baby. For upper back pain , free shoulder exercises, neck isometrics, shoulder girdle strengthening exercises will be helpful
