I had undergone 2 c section delivery. Am presently mother of 2.5 months old baby. When to start excercise for back pain. Please guide me for the lower back ache.

For back pain : Hot water fomentation n voilini gel application followed by isometric back strengthening exercises will help u. Check your posture. . While feeding use pillows behind back.

Hey there! For your back pain don't  actually indulge into exercise. Go for hot fomentation at your back. And also consult dietician. After some days, you can go for exercises probably. Remember to check with your doctor also to whom you go for regular check-ups.
