Back pain one month after c-section
I had my c-section on 14 June 2022. Since yesterday I'm having back pain at the area where anesthesia was injected. Please suggest what I can do or any medication I can apply to relief this

No medication as baby is taking feed .apply hot water fermentation,volini gel for instant relief.if u can visit a physiotherapist it's good they will tell you posture correction exercises and strengthening exercises for back .

You can give hot water fomentation for 10-15 minutes twice a day. You can apply volini gel provided you are not allergic. You should consult a gynecologist in person for complete assessment and treatment.

It is a very comman issue post the delivery. The pain is mainly because of the weakness of the muscles from the stretch placed on them during pregnancy.

Lower back ache is common after c section because of you core muscles and pelvic muscle weakness . You need to strengthen it properly. For that You need to visit near by women health physiotherapy doctor for your proper assessment and Strengthening exercise plan . it takes some weeks  to strengthen. After that you will be alright without any pain. For diet add more vegetables in your food than carbs and any two fruits daily.

Take calcium rich diet, lower back strengthening exercises with pelvic stretching and strengthening to be done. Hot water fermentation twice a day. Take low level ultrasound frequency by visiting nearby physiotherapy clinic.

Apply ice pack on that and do the exercise of pressing the bed down with ur lower back 15 times twice a day

It is quite common after c section due to weakness of core and back muscles. Maintain ur posture while lactating baby,there are few holding techniques for lactating follow those Do hot water application for 3-4 times aday for 15 mins,after reducing pain start doing core and back Strengthening exercises.

Back pain can be because of weak back muscles or wronge sitting posture. At this time I suggest u a proper posture while sitting . Sit with back support n place cushions behind behind.Avoid forward bending. Be regular with calcium intake
