Post c sec delivery pain in leg
Hi Doctor, I am having this pain similar to what sciatica describes from last month or so. I had c sec 19 months back and I still have weight from my pregnancy. I am not able to run. Walk also causing pain. Pls suggest next steps. Regards

Have some rest and hot water fermentation at home and do mild ankle toe movements and back isometrics Keep bed mobility and pillow below knees​ while sleeping and if you have lumbar brace then wear it while walking
Next Steps
as u say u had c section surgery 19 month back your pelvic muscles are also week so do some pelvic floor strengthening exercises.
