I have severe thigh and calf muscle pain in my legs and it frequently occurs whenever i stand at the same place for a prolonged period (more than 10-15 mins while cooking), or when i walk for more than 40 mins or when i try to do yoga/exercise for 20-30 mins. I will be unable to stand and feel like sitting immediately. Legs feel weak & the muscles have a pulling down sensation. It feels better once I do a leg muscle massage.
I'm 26 year old female. I have done a complete body
health checkup recently and have low haemoglobin (10.8) and low
vitamin D (4) levels. All other reports are normal. I have started taking the supplements from the past 2 weeks. As the pain is occurring frequently, I'm concerned on How can I reduce the sore muscles pain?
