Sore Thigh & Calf Muscles in Legs
I have severe thigh and calf muscle pain in my legs and it frequently occurs whenever i stand at the same place for a prolonged period (more than 10-15 mins while cooking), or when i walk for more than 40 mins or when i try to do yoga/exercise for 20-30 mins. I will be unable to stand and feel like sitting immediately. Legs feel weak & the muscles have a pulling down sensation. It feels better once I do a leg muscle massage. I'm 26 year old female. I have done a complete body health checkup recently and have low haemoglobin (10.8) and low vitamin D (4) levels. All other reports are normal. I have started taking the supplements from the past 2 weeks. As the pain is occurring frequently, I'm concerned on How can I reduce the sore muscles pain?

Take good calcium and vitamins rich diet, do stretching and strengthening exercises. Due to deficiency of vitamins and calcium.you are feeling pains.

Hello mam It clearly shows that you lack the necessary nutrients. Please continue your supplements and also improve the natural sources of supplements. Mean while you can continue with the leg stretches and strengthening exercises. Also keep hydrating yourself, take coconut water regularly. Do let us know the progress Thank you
