Right hips and thigh is paining
From last 2 days my right hips and thigh is paining and it very distracting. Haven't went to gym from last 3 weeks. Also I have anxiety issue as well. Please share some exercise, what to avoid and oil to get relief from pain

Consul in person with physical therapist for proper assessment to get proper treatment suggestion. Exercises will depend on the pain and movements at present. For anxiety issue consult with psychologist.

Moist heat application, twice a day at low back and hips portion. Apply.Volini twice a day after a day or two start with hip, strengthening and lower back stretching and strengthening exercises.

Start with rest and icing . Rest from activity which aggravates the pain . Start some stretching and strengthening exercise Hip flexors stretches Hip abduction , adduction Single leg raise exercise Mini squats Wall slide exercise
