I hear your frustration, and I want to assure you—your experience is real and valid. Based on what you’ve shared, it appears that your body is experiencing recurring mechanical and nerve-related pain—likely due to spinal disc issues (like the previously noted lumbar bulge) and muscle imbalances or poor spinal stability. Pain radiating to the limbs suggests that nerves may be getting irritated either in the lumbar or cervical regions. Taking pain medication offers only temporary relief because it doesn’t treat the underlying cause.
Next Steps
• Please consult a physiotherapist who specializes in spine rehabilitation. You likely need a personalized strengthening and posture correction plan—not just painkillers. • An updated MRI of the cervical and lumbar spine may help if symptoms are worsening. • Focus areas will likely include core strengthening, neural mobilization, posture correction, and movement education. • If you’re sitting long hours (as a student), ergonomics, regular breaks, and gentle back movements are essential. • Avoid self-stretching or heavy workouts until assessed. Your body needs guided, consistent, and structured rehab.
Health Tips
• Mindset: Healing is possible, but it needs patience and active effort—not just tablets. • Sleep: Use a firm mattress, and sleep on your back or side with pillow support. • Movement: Begin with gentle pelvic tilts, deep breathing, and short walks—no prolonged rest. • Nutrition: Ensure adequate protein, hydration, and continue Vitamin D if previously deficient. • Stress: Chronic pain can also be worsened by emotional and mental stress. Include mindfulness or breathing exercises.

Based on your pattern this can be the possiblecauses: 1.Degenerative Disc Disease / Disc Bulges Common cause of your type of progression — disc changes over time → can affect lumbar, cervical, thoracic. 2.Postural Issues / Sedentary Lifestyle Bad posture, prolonged sitting can worsen disc problems and cause muscular imbalances leading to increasing pain. 3.Muscle Weakness / Instability After your first injury, if the core, back, neck muscles were not properly strengthened it can be prone to repeated episodes. 4.Nerve Irritation / Radiculopathy The radiating pain strongly suggests nerve root irritation, either from bulging discs or inflammation. 5.Stress / Psychosomatic Component Chronic pain leads to anxiety leads to muscle tension leads to worsens symptoms. Common in people frustrated by not getting answers. What i can see is happening now:- ✅ You have an underlying spine problem (degenerative changes / multiple disc bulges) ✅ Muscles are weak and imbalanced → spine not well supported → pain keeps recurring ✅ Nerves are getting irritated again and again → radiating pain ✅ Just using painkillers is masking it — it does NOT treat the real cause ✅ No proper rehab or preventive strategy done after 2019 → so issues progressed
Next Steps
You Need: -Proper Spine MRI (Lumbar + Cervical + if needed, Thoracic):- To clearly see disc condition and rule out anything serious. -Neurological Exam:- To check for actual nerve compression or weakness. -Focused Physiotherapy Rehab -Lifestyle Changes
Health Tips
You likely have progressive spinal disc degeneration and nerve irritation. 👉 Painkillers only give temporary relief. 👉 You need MRI + good physiotherapy rehab + posture correction to actually treat the cause. 👉 Without proper treatment, the pain may continue to spread or worsen. Till then you can do this:- Posture Correction (Very Important) -Avoid prolonged sitting — take breaks every 30 min -Sit with lower back supported (use a small towel roll) -Keep screen at eye level -Avoid forward bending / twisting Sleep Position -Sleep on a firm mattress -Use a pillow under knees (if sleeping on back) or between knees (if on side) -Avoid stomach sleeping Gentle Movements -Avoid sudden jerky movements -Try short walks if tolerable — staying fully inactive worsens it -Don’t lift heavy objects Along with this avoid: 🚫 High-impact exercise 🚫 Prolonged sitting/slouching 🚫 Heavy lifting 🚫 Full bed rest (light movement is better)

Hi, There could be multiple reasons for leg pains could radiation from compression in spine or pelvic muscles. Could be referral from back/pelvic/leg muscles or even SI joint. Will require clinical examination and then a well curated treatment protocol. Having a disc bulge in MRI cannot always necceiate that it's the only source of symptoms, thorough clinical exam would be important. A skilled physio may make the same online as well. Make your choice accordingly. Hope that helps!!
Next Steps
Clinical examination - may be virtual as well

1.Your history suggests possible recurrence or new nerve irritation (sciatica) related to disc issues. 2. Cervical pain and radiating hand pain in April 2024 could indicate a cervical disc or nerve root problem, possibly involving the neck. 3. Severe mid-back pain starting April 2025 may point to thoracic spine involvement, though this is less common than lumbar or cervical issues.
Next Steps
1. Consult a Spine Specialist or Orthopedist. 2. Gentle, spine-friendly exercises (e.g., walking, swimming, core strengthening) can help maintain spinal health and prevent future episodes.3. Lifestyle modifications - Adjust your workspace and daily habits, maintain good posture
Health Tips
1. Avoid self diagnosis. 2. Don’t ignore recurring pain 3. Chronic pain can affect mental health 4. Gentle movement is better than prolonged rest, but avoid activities that aggravate your pain.

You need to find & treat the root cause of it , not take temporary solutions to relieve the pain . What you are experiencing is a relapse because your muscles arent strong enough to take the loading at the spine level.
Next Steps
Reach out to a good Physiotherapist or Musculoskeletal Occupational Therapist who understands your occupational needs , demands & lifestyle and then take you through a series of protocol to strengthen your spine via working on your back , core, hips, neck etc.
