I need physiotherapist from Pune City to fix my Disc Bulge pain . I have Mild disc bulge at C5-C6 My symptoms are : Tingling, numbness in legs and fingers Sometime dizziness Does it cure permanently  by physiotherapist?

Hi Yes if it is mild it can be curable, start Physiotherapy Or else you can do as home: Hot water fermentation twice a day 10 - 15 min each time Or only Extension exercises of Neck. Arm Neural mobilisation for tingling and numbness
