Lumber Disc Bulge
I have lumber disc diesease bulged between L4 -L5. Which exercise is better? Hot water and cold water uses? Advise pls.

Need your mri pic and report,  And other medicine or medical condition? How severely u had pain, Most probably the buldge is not causing pain, it may be of muscle related.

Hi. U have to do all the back extension exercise . Avoid forward bending. If u feel stiffness over that area then u should always use hot pack this is good for u .
Next Steps
do regular exercise like ( cat n camel, cobra pose hold it for 10sec and repeat it for 5 times , Superman exercise.if u didn't get relief then go for PT treatment.

you can apply hot pack not too hot just keep the mild heat 5 to 10 min and kindly get a proper assessment and treatment from nearby physiotherapist without assess you cant able to give the exercises
