U have to do all the back extension exercise . Avoid forward bending. If u feel stiffness over that area then u should always use hot pack this is good for u .

do regular exercise like ( cat n camel, cobra pose hold it for 10sec and repeat it for 5 times , Superman exercise.if u didn't get relief then go for PT treatment.
