You need to take electro therapy for 10-15 days. Visit nearest physiotherapy centre for treatment. Through electrotherapy and manual tech ique it can be reduced. there is nothing to worry. After reducing of this, you will be suggested exercises which are to be done daily. Maintian proper posture, avoid head bending forward/backwards, while using screen manage proper elevation of neck and shoulders. If possible avoid using screen time for longer periods. Avoid pillows that are too soft or too hard. Take prooer treatment, this cannot be done at home by yourself. seek proper guidance if needed.

You could start with exercises. But it would be good for you to also visit a physio. If there is no pain down the arm or weakness associated it is good; which could be of nerve origin. Meanwhile neck, scapular and thoracic exercises could be started. However as suggested earlier it needs to be assessed.
