Hi It is reversible in 0-25 degree of bulge and acute stage with Good Physiotherapy rehabilitation only Like Therapeutic modalities TENS and US and Traction of cervical With that extension exercise of neck and neural mobilisation will help
Next Steps
Only proper rehabilitation will help
Health Tips
If you are not taking proper rehabilitation and physiotherapy treatment and same way the precaution and exercise taught by physiotherapist should be followed at home also otherwise no treatment will cure it.

You should take right treatment for disc bulge.  In physiotherapy you should take intermittent cervical traction and Interferential therapy for a week to 10 days followed by neck stretching and strengthening exercises. Exercises should be continued for 3-4 months twice a day and can be continued once in a day lifetime for permanent relief.

Intervertebral discs are made up of gel-like structures in the middle covered with a hard structure. A disc bulge can occur due to overpressure on the disc during movements of the spine, degenerative changes, and injury. In your profession, you need to work a lot on a computer or laptop, due to which normal posture might not be maintained. Which may lead to mal-alignment. Due to the bulge, your nerves might get compressed, and you may feel symptoms like numbness, tingling, and weakness. So, in my opinion, you should visit a nearby physiotherapist who can help you with pain reduction and improve your posture. My advice 1. Do massage your neck every one hour while you are working. 2. Change position while working or do not stay in same position in longer time i.e. More than an hour 3. Do neck muscles stretching. 4. Do neck muscle strengthening. 5. Make your upper back strong. 6. Make your sitting comfortable and optimal using pillows on your back and neck. 7. Take ergonomics advice from your physiotherapist or ergonomics.

Yes the disc bulge is treatable and reversible with good therapy. It is just a fluid filled the disc. Visit nearby physiotherapy clinic for treatment. You need to maintain proper posture to avoid any more increase in pain.

The disc of cervical area is small and has less fluid. Also disc protrusions should not be too much of an issue in cervical region in comparison to lumber region ( according to structural anatomy). It is even possible to have a disc herniation without pain.... So limit the effects of the disc injury by maintaining sufficient mobility. That could help!!
