Hi, it does seems like radiculopathy, so I would suggest you go to a nearby physiotherapist for electrotherapy treatment. You can perform exercises at home but right now what you need is electrotherapy. Don't perform exercises right now, first go for a nearby therapist and then perform exercises as said.
Health Tips
Avoid taking pillow while sleeping Avoid long driving, phone use and Laptop use at this moment. Also, avoid lifting heavy things with you left upper limb

Consult in person with nearby physiotherapist and take traction for 5 days and electrotherapy for 10 days, you will be suggested with neck isometric exerxises. Maintain proper posture for the neck, avoid bending down or sides. Kidnly share mri or x-ray films if you have, so that proper treatment can be suggested.
