You have to consult nearby good physiotherapist for these problems.Have to strengthen your deep muscles and stretch your tight muscles.Physiotherapist will teach you how to correct your posture. There is a chance of trigger points on SCM muscle because of that you are getting ear pain and eye problem.Even after trigger point therapy if problems persist you can consult ENT doctor as well.

Hey there! The disc bulge at c5-c6 level can cause neck stiffness. The basic nerve supply by this level is to the shoulders, arms, hands and scapular region. It should not cause drowsiness, ear blockage, eye tingling and stiffness in back and top of head. In the case of ear infection, these symptoms can occur. As eye, ear and head are linked. Please consult an ENT specialist. For your disc bulge, visit a physiotherapist of your area in person. Take rest, can do hot fomentation and gentle neck exercises. At physiotherapy department, you can be helped with cervical traction, TENS, etc. If paraesthesia has not developed in hands, it would be resolved easily.
Next Steps
referred to ENT specialist. And visit a physiotherapist of your area.

Ear blockage is not related but if its effected to trigemnial neuralgia it might lead to blurry vision. In severe cases only there will be tinnitus like situation arises with blurry vision, proper treatment can reduce all these issues.
