Can disc bulge cureable by physiotherapy

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I have pain in my lower back and I also took mri scan and I got the report that disc desiccation defuse disc bulge and posterior annular tear noted at l4 l5 s1 level causing mild bilateral neural foraminal narrowing

Yes ,physiotherapy will help to reduce pain and the exercises will help to strengthen the back which is very important . Wear a lumbo sacreal belt which will give you support at the back . Avoid long distance travelling and long sitting hours at one place. Do not lift any heavy object.
