You are in the right direction. You should take breaks in between every 15 min of sitting  or standing or walking.  Avoid bending activities, prolonged sitting or standing activities for atleast 120 days. Avoid bending forward exercises or lifting leg in straight lying position. Continue other exercises just 10 reps twice a day for 120 days with proper guidance.

Hello Sir, You have undergone physiotherapy, which helped release muscle tension, and with regular exercises, your pain has decreased. However, for long-term recovery, proper rehabilitation is essential. This includes stretching, mobility training, strength training, and eventually plyometric exercises. For further guidance, visit any advanced physiotherapy clinic.

Hi, as shown in the findings attached, there is multiple level discal pressure at all the lumbar level however the disc pressure seems more in your L5 and S1 junction irritating the nerve roots passing from there. Hence, even after medications and electrotherapy your pain reoccurs when you load your spine while sitting. as during sitting our spine carries maximum weight. hence the nerve pain increases. which proves my point as u mentioned more pain while bending and sitting. you should avoid slouching at any cost and sitting on sofa. Dear, the root cause is still not addressed hence your pain comes and goes depending on your lifestyle. kindly get a consultation done to understand what needs to be done exactly to make you functionally better since you are young and the findings of your MRI is a concern.
Next Steps
Take an online consultation where we will discuss more about your pain and its cause and work on your recovery as a whole together!
Health Tips
Avoid forward bending. take shower in standing position, avoid sofa sitting, low height sitting, sit on a paper chair with back rest, wear a lumbar belt even while working, avoid prolonged driving, take postural breaks in every 20 mins to avoid sustained loading on your spine.
