Lower back pain
I was diagnosed with lumber disc disbursement 4 years ago. After some rest and medication I was ok. From last seven days I am having lower back pain and my right leg is also paining continuously including my hips and lower legs. Sometimes I feel tingling sensation in my right leg. Sometimes I can't stand more than 10 minutes as my leg starts paining severely. Also I am diabetic. Kindly suggest me some thing so that I can get relief. I use to go to gym regularly.

Chiropractic Mobilization will help. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

If you are doing exercises in gym which include lifting weights or bending stop them immediately. For pain relief use Hot fomentation of your low back for atleast 30 minutes. Use a painkiller gel after that.

You should see a neurologist ASAP and after that you can start physical therapy. No forward bending of trunk, avoid sitting in chair for long period of time, and avoid any sudden body movements. Try to walk after every 45-60 min for 5 min during day time. Sleep on your back and place 1-2 pillow under your knees.
