Sir I am having lower back pain In left side since last 3 years..Back hurts only while sitting and gets completely okay with rest...I am not able to sit for more than 3 hrs in a day...so my study is disturb since last 1 year..my calf muscle also aches and leg toes keep twitching involuntarily with pain..
MRI done,it says L4-L5 L5-S1 Disc bulge...took maxmala 50,pentanerv for 2.5 months,bt still back pain while sitting is same...no improvement in back pain at all
