Lower back pain in left side
Sir I am having lower back pain In  left side since last 3 years..Back hurts only while sitting and gets completely okay with rest...I am not able to sit for more than 3 hrs in a day...so my study is disturb since last 1 year..my calf muscle also aches and leg toes keep twitching involuntarily with pain.. MRI done,it says L4-L5 L5-S1 Disc bulge...took maxmala 50,pentanerv  for 2.5 months,bt still back pain while sitting is same...no improvement in back pain at all

1.  Kindly  visit nearby a physiotherapist and to a complete session of physiotherapy and I'm suggesting at the starting stage a ice pack apply on it thrice a day for 7to 8 min with alterations of 2- 3 min then take a consultation of physiotherapy.

You should take Physiotherapy.  You should take electro therapy IPT and IFT for 7-10 sessions.  Then you have to continue with back strengthening and stretching exercises twice a day for 120 days. You have to visit nearby physiotherapy centre for treatment.

With 5’2 feet height you are overweight !! Improve your diet for weight loss !! your right side hip bone seems to be malaligned/dysfunctional since you have multiple PIVDs at lumbar region !! And of course all these dysfunctions and poor alignment is credited to your poor muscle strength and conditioning !!
