It could be a disc problem when pain is centralised and if it is along the sides of the spine then it could be due to facet joint. There may be chances of mal-alignment due to weakend structures. The pain could be arise from tightness of back, glutes and thigh muscles and spasm occurs as a result of repeatative movements while playing. Muscles sprain or strain may be there.
Next Steps
-Apply hotpack for 10-15 mintus twice a day. -Apply pain relief gel. -Protein rich diet. -Get proper diagnosis. -Back strengthening exercises. - Massage in rolling and circular motion.
Health Tips
- Avoid lifting heavy objests. -Avoid back extension. -First come in squatting position then bent your back for lifting light wt objects. - Consult a good physiotherapist or orthopedist.

Your back pain could be due to muscle strain or ligament sprain around your hip joint. How long do you have this problem? How did it start?
Next Steps
You should give Cryotherapy or Ice therapy for 15-20 minutes twice a day. You can use Volini gel or spray provided you are not allergic. You should do back stretching and strengthening exercises. You should do hip stretching and strengthening exercises with proper guidance.
Health Tips
You need to consult a Physiotherapist or Orthopaedist for further evaluation and treatment either in person or through video call.

It is stretching of the stiff muscles at that body part. They are stiff due to your one side tilted sitting habits. When you play they get stretched and IMHO it's a good pain as it improves flexibility.
Next Steps
proper working atmosphere such that you are in a balanced posture plus stretching exercises
Health Tips
we can do a teleconsultation if you want

Hello, A particular point pain, if at the centre of the spine could be disc, if it along either side of the spine, could be facet(side joint) of the spine. It is hard to diagnose apart from a consultation. This could be online.
Next Steps
Till you have a consultation do not do the aggrevating activity. Constant sitting could bring about stiffness of the spine, so take breaks every 40 minutes or so.
Health Tips
Would be happy to help if you need an online consult.
