Pain in the right side of lower back
I have had pain in the right side of the lower back since two days.It is mostly because I got a load on my back while doing dumbbell press in the gym.Need treatment for early recovery

hello need to know more about your pain any particular movement or position your pain is increasing and how is the intensity of pain now and first day if the pain is increasing kindly go and get the treatment done with your nearby physio incase the pain has reducing day by day then focus some relaxation stretch and strengthening exercise
