C3 C4 to C5 C6 levels causing indentation over thecal sac Mild loss of lumbar lordosis Disc protrusion at level L4-L5 causing indentation over thecal sac T2 hyper intense area in D9 body-? Lipo hemangioma Partial disintegration seen in intervertebral discs MRI of cervical spine and with screening of whole spine Please state proper medications ive been having this problem from 2 to 2 and half years I would request if any doctors would state proper medications and treatment Thank you 🙂

Basically u need medications to support the nerves like neugaba 75 mg after food for 4 weeks along with it calcerol sachets weekly once into 6 weeks. Advanced physiotherapy to control degeneration and to relieve compressions at multiple levels for 2 to 4 weeks .and later posture correction along with muscle strengthening exercises to strengthen abdominal muscles and spinal extensors .

Rest avoid forward bending weight lifting sitting on the floor crossed leg sitting etc

Cervical collar is for when there is excruciating pain. Daily use makes the spine stiff. Medications help to reduce pain but don't reduce the stiffness. That requires physiotherapy treatment including mobilisation and exercises. Physiowise, HRBR layout
