Due to disc bulge and nerve compression, the pain is radiating to shoulder. Apply hot pack twice a day for 15mins, maintain proper posture, visit nearby physiotherapy clinic and take Electrotherapy for 10 days. Through traction and ift+us therapy the pain will be reduced and disc issues will be resolved. After few sessions of physical therapy do start with neck isometric exercises.
