There are basically three conditions that can cause shoulder pain to worsen at night: bursitis, tendonitis, and rotator cuff injuries. This is because the inflammation involved in each can pull on the shoulder joint, especially when the area is compressed when lying on the one side Try to do some shoulder isometric exercises Neck stretching Neck range of motion exercises
Next Steps
Consult physiotherapist
Health Tips

You have not mentioned your profession. Presuming you are a desk worker &/or a home maker with right dominant. Your daily personal and professional activities are causing stiffness of muscles around the shoulder and upper body more kn right side. When you try to sleep these muscles are feeling stretched and give pain. Once you adjust yourself then it's fine. You again repeat the same activities which are stressful to the body. We need to identify the risk factors in your daily life, in addition to your night mobile use and di appropriate exercises.

Usually a hands on assessment would help more than a video assessment. However given the current circumstances the latter may be a better option. Now we would need more detail, 1: does your shoulder hurt if you lie on the bad side 2: Is there any early morning pain 3: Is there any specific activity that brings on your pain 4: Is your pain localised or general Responses to these could give us a bit more detail of the source of your pain
Next Steps
As your pain does not persist through the night, it could be most often posture related. However it is hard to make an inference as we need more detail. ( to above q?) Posture issues could be addressed with a detailed assessment (online or clinic based).
Health Tips
Try avoiding any heavy gym based strengthening unless you are guided by a qualified person as you could do more damage rather than good
