Hi, I am suffering from cervical pain that impacts from the left side of the neck through shoulder, arm till the elbow. Sitting or lying in incorrect posture for a few minutes or pulling up some weights is usually the reason for this pain. Even during the rest of the time I feel weakness and a little discomfort in the affected areas.
To whom should I consult first. Should it be an orthopaedic doctor or a physiotherapist? Thanks

You can consult with physiotherapist or ortho doc, as its the cervical pain radiating to shoulder, you should maintain proper posture to avoid pains,
do neck isometric and shoulder exercises following hot pack.
Take Electrotherapy treatment for 10 days, the pain will be reduced.
