Please see my neck muscle
Why my right sternocleidomastoid muscle is not visible ? What is the problem? What exercise should I do? I have neck, back, jaw and face nerve pain. I can rotate my neck without any pain. Picture attached.

I suspect a stuck 1st rib on the right side. Visit a manual therapist. I don't think exercise is enough, you need hands on
