I can feel a little swelling in my muscle as I felt a bit difficulty in swallowing went to ENT said no infection and nothing is there but I can feel it! He did swab test it was negative and everything was normal! But I can feel swelling on that muscle I did bridge exercise till now I am having that difficulty swallowing..Before that it was not present I think it is stretched! Please suggest some tips to make it on place

it's a case of sternocleidomastoid strain.more serious injuries may involve swelling .muscle spasm may also occur.
1: Application of hot water formentation ,10/15 min twice in a day followed by volini spray.
2:Avoid other activities like turning your head,bad posture, watching tv, using mobiles..etc.. for min 3 to 4 days..

2:Exhale and slowly turn your head to right ,
