Calf muscle ache
I was vitamin D deficient about 4 months ago and had generalized body aches. I completed vitamin D3 60,000 IU weekly along with daily vitamin B12. My vitamin D is now normal, and the generalized body ache has resolved. I still have mild, intermittent calf muscle pain. It is not sharp or severe, and I have no tingling, numbness, or weakness. Could this be related to magnesium deficit or electrolyte imbalance? Should I check mg, calcium, K, phosphate, CK, or other tests? Could the pain be due to muscle overuse, dehydration, posture, or another cause? Do I need any supplementation or treatment?
