You seem to have strained your pectorals causing a tear or internal bruising of the muscle belly with resulting exudates. Since it's almost three months and is a chronic one, you may have to undergo Physiotherapy with modalities like laser or iontophoresis with suitable compounds. Dry needling can also help. Consult with your Physiotherapist to assess the grade of injury and for a treatment plan. Along with Physiotherapy, you may also require drug management as per the advise from a physician or an orthopedic because oral or local steroids may be necessary in extreme uncontrolled inflammation. Graded muscle strengthening and proper workout techniques will be advised by your Physiotherapist once the muscle has issued to resume your passion.
Health Tips
