I have been working out for the last 6 months...but since the last two months I been noticing little muscle growth . And also it's taking longer durations for the muscle cramps. Earlier i used to get muscle cramps after a sleep after working out. Now it's taking two naps to get muscle cramps.. are these related in any way ? And why is it happening that way ?

Hello,
Continue ur workout. But after every workout session do some stretching of ur calf muscles. Even u feel cramp, immediately stretch ur leg so that u will feel less pain after it. Also improve ur diet. Increase intake of water, specially salt in water to get relief from cramp.
It will take more time for muscular growth..you have to be regular , consistent and determined. Eat proper food with loads of proteins and carbohydrates. Keep track on intake of water. Cramps are usually due to lack of water and ions in the body.
Actually ur doing over weight it seems don’t expect muscle growth within a short period of time there are people who go for gym for about 4 to 5 years this kind of cramp is natural
Hello.!
U are 18yrs.. ur muscles n bones are still growing.. its good that u are working out well..! So u will keep noticing the change till u go 25..! And talking abt ur cramps- it will subside through exercises n stretching..
I would suggest u to drink lot of water during ur workouts.. keep ur body hydrated..!
Proper meals, good amount of fruits n 4-5lits of water will keep u fit..
Thank u.!
