How to cure muscle pain after workout
I feel a pain and I strained my muscles during a workout, this is a terrible feeling and I feel exhausted. I cannot sit up or lay down without pain. Please suggest, how to cure muscle pain after workout? Will stretching out help?

Firstly you need to have adequate water through out the day and also keep sipping little water after every set of exercise, besides that cool down / stretches after your workout is very important for the specific muscle you have done weight training for , can go for steam and spa to relax your muscles, if this doesn’t help consult a physiotherapist.

Ice packs for 8-10 mins will help you. However, proper warm up before exercises and cool down after exercises can prevent this problem in future.
