Tight pelvic floor muscles
My ic bc muscle got spasm and they are vital for erection, Suddenly happened after I doing kegel hard... I.e. I squeeze my bc muscle tightly... Help me to relax it fully  until it become chronic because its only 40 days.. and that cause major impact on my erection...

Hey there! It's a normal thing to get muscle spasm if we over do the contraction of muscle. Keep few things in mind before doing kegel exercises. Warm up before exercising is must.
