Early morning when I wake up my neck and shoulder are stuffed and pain in neck and back . In my right hand shoulder to finger is Tingling

Consult orthopedic Dr. Or take an mri. Visit physiotherapy clinic. At home hot water towels twice a day and volini gel u can apply 3 to 4 times a day.

Your pain and stiffness could be due to neck disc lesion. You should take an MRI cervical spine. You should consult a physiotherapist or orthopaedist in person for complete assessment and treatment.

Ur symptoms can be due to 2 reasons 1. Bad posture and/or 2. Disc related issue Learn to relax ur upper shoulder muscles, do neck strengthening exercises and upper limb neural glide exercises.

Try changing pillow and check, dont use hard or too soft pillow, it may be due to cervical radiculopathy, Go for an Xray of cervical spine, do apply hot pack twice a day, maintain proper posture while on work Visit nearby physiotherapy clinic and take electrotherapy for a week.

Pls consult nearby Physiotherapist soon because it may be cervical pain... because it's radiating pain it can be healed by modality by using tens machine and some streching exercises and some neck &back pain exercises heal all your pain..... . .

It may be cervical Rediculopathy. So investigation required. Use butterfly pillow while sleeping. Check your sitting position. Neck strengthening exercises may be helpful
