Hello Painkiller will give you temporary relief and is not advised for long term care. What you can do is visit a physiotherapist near you or contact me for a tele consultation. We need to evaluate and ascertain the cause of pain and work upwards from there. Meanwhile you can take hot packs or cold packs in the area of pain to reduce it instead of relying on painkillers.
Next Steps
Once the pain is reduced we can focus on strengthening of the muscles which will help you regain normal functioning without experiencing any pain.

Hello! Painkillers can give temporary relief, but if the pain is severe or recurring, it’s important to identify the root cause which is often due to posture imbalance, cervical muscle spasm, or nerve compression. I would suggest avoiding self-medication. Instead, apply a warm compress, maintain good posture, and get a physiotherapy assessment to release the muscle tightness and improve mobility. Once the exact cause is known, targeted therapy can give long-term relief without relying on medicines. You can visit a physiotherapist for posture correction and pain management sessions.
