Neck pain moving to shoulder and ear
I am having pain on side of the neck involving shoulder also. what should I do?? please suggest ????

Consult in person with physical therapist, this is a symtpom of cervical spondylosis. Maintain proper posture, avoid bending of neck, apply hot pack twice a day.

Apply ice packs twice a day . Spray violini twice a day. Avoid neck forward bending. Postural correction advised. Rest
