Hey there! Do not worry. It's stiffness of muscles. Our neck and shoulder muscles play a major role in carrying the weight of our head. You need to do some hot water fomentation over the area with a towel. Then do stretching exercises. In addition you should also do regular routine exercises including the ones for strengthening your muscles. In case of any doubt about which exercises to follow, please consult me online. You should also keep the movements on during work. Keep moving and stretching. The best way to deal with the lifestyle of today's world.
