Hi, Only ice pack for first 72 hours + Ointment application every 3 times/day. Learn some posture corrections,stretching & strengthening exercises once pain gets ok.

Apply diclofenac ointment for 10mins, after cleaning do hot water fermentation for 15mins, repeat this twice a day. After reducing of pain do neck isometric exercises gently.

Hey there! It seems that you slept in wrong way on the pillow or made sudden Jerky movement. Apply DFO gel over neck and below. After the pain subsides do stretching, neck rotation and isometric exercises. In case of doubts, chat.

It seems like muscle sprain, need proper assessment to find out whether it’s mechanical injury or any underlying condition.. Use pain medication for pain relief under doctor prescription.. Consult physiotherapist for further assessment and exercise program..

Apply ice packs n then voilini ( any diclofenac gel) Do not massage. Rest. Avoid any forceful neck movements until pain goes off . Latter Neck isometrics advised. Also check your posture
