Right side neck and back pain
Since i woke up yesterday i have terrible neck and back pain on right side. It is causing difficulties in movement and dizziness in neck movement. Took combiflam for pain but its second day and its still painful. What is the reason behind it? How can i cure it?

Its due to sleeping position the musckes got stiff and giving you pain apply ice pack twice a day for 15mins, di neck isometric exercises.

You must have slept in the wrong position with results in stiffness and severe pain.

kindly get a proper assessment and treatment from nearby physiotherapist the reason may be improper sleep with poor posture control so it may be a muscle spasm
