Having a shoulder and neck pain
I have a shoulder pain from past 20 days, I can't rotate my neck and can't lift hand fully. I felt it happened due to sitting infront of laptop and reduced dumble exercise. Kindly advise me what step u should take.

You have chronic muscle spasm due to which your neck and shoulder movement is restricted .

Hi, if your pain started suddenly and did not settle even after 20 days it might be agravated inflammation because of your wrong posture. NOTE: sitting in a wrong posture only for one day can never lead to this long duration pain. I can suspect some underlying cervical spondylosis, weak postural muscles responsible for it. you're young and shouldn't ignore your symptoms. getting right treatment on time can prevent long term injury.
