The pain starting from left side back to radiating to left leg and left shoulder. Now left side neck pain is also started. Kindly suggest good physiotherapy exercises.

Physiotherapist can prescribe exercise and long term physical rehabilitation plan only after a thorough assessment. In chronic cases like yours, mostly long treatment with electrotherapy modalities or other techniques may not be required. Visit a physiotherapist with all your previous health reports, patience shall be required over a period of few weeks before you see any major changes.

You should consult online or in person for complete assessment and treatment. With pain you are not supposed to do the exercises.  First step is to rule out the root cause and reduce the pain and then exercises to strengthen the muscles.
