Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Hi as your complain you may have sacroillitis and lumber spasm but for better diagnosis you have to take an x-ray and consult with a good orthopedic Doctor. Then take Physiotherapy treatment.

It's better if you consult a physiotherapist for it. Try hot water fermentation over the affected area followed by application of any anti inflammatory gel like volini/oxalgin.
Health Tips
Avoid direct forward bending, lifting heavy weights and sit with proper back support. Try and break your posture frequently if u need to sit for long hours..
