From some days is paining in the right hip. Dont know why it paining. Kindly provide some consultation

Gluteus muscle or hip muscles tightness or trigger point formation in these muscles is common.Sitting jobs is a very big reason for the same.
Next Steps
start doing isometric exercises for hip muscles. stretching exercises and deep friction massage. ( all under a physio guidance)
